ABOUT US
Delicious heat from the plant queendom 🌱
Bottled in Queens, made for your table
Queen Majesty Hot Sauce has been handcrafted in Queens, NYC since 2013. In that time, we’ve become one of the most recognized names in the craft hot sauce world. Our sauces have been featured on Hot Ones four times (Seasons 3, 4, 17, and 26), earned multiple awards, and found their way onto tables in kitchens around the world. But we’re still the same small-batch, 100% woman-owned, self-funded company we’ve always been.
What makes us different
Every bottle of Queen Majesty is made without sugar, xanthan gum, or preservatives. We believe that real ingredients don’t need shortcuts (and that adding sugar is cheating). We combine fresh hot peppers with whole garlic, real citrus juice, bell peppers, and extra virgin olive oil, slow-cooked in small batches the way great sauce has always been made. Small batches = less time cooking the nutrients, color and flavor out of the sauce...
Our sauces are also:
- ✅ Certified Kosher
- 🌱 Vegan
- 🌾 Gluten-Free
- 🧬 Non-GMO
As Seen on Hot Ones
We’ve had the honor of being featured on Hot Ones, the legendary interview show where celebrities face the heat, over 4 times:
- 🔥 Season 3 • Red Habanero & Black Coffee (#4)
- 🔥 Season 4 • Scotch Bonnet & Ginger (#4)
- 🔥 Season 17 • Cocoa Ghost (#6)
- 🔥 Season 26 • Sicilian Scorpion (#9)
- 🔥 "How to Make Hot Sauce - with Sean Evans" - Sean Evans & QM
A note from Erica aka Queen Majesty
I put hot sauce on everything.
I grew bored with mass-produced brands and turned off by their ingredients. So I started making my own, like how my Sicilian grandmother made sauce... slow cooking whole, fresh ingredients in small batches with lots of love.
I am inspired by celebrations of food, family, and the diverse culinary landscape of New York City. What started in my kitchen many years ago is still going strong for over 13 years (in this economy!) because of you! Our customers continuous support and the sharing our sauce with friends and family is the reason we’re still here, and we are so grateful. 💛
Many thanks and enjoy in good health!
Erica
